Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on your location:
Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Tier 1 & Tier 2 Cities: 4–7 business days
Remote/Rural Areas: 6–10 business days
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout. We offer free shipping on selected orders during promotions.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your registered email or mobile number. You can track your shipment through our courier partner’s website.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make two delivery attempts. If the customer is unavailable, the package may be returned to us. Re-shipping may incur additional charges.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Netraum Ayurveda is not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Damaged or Open Packages
If you receive a damaged, tampered, or open parcel:
Do not accept the package
Inform us immediately at our support email/number
We will assist you with a replacement or investigation.

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We ship only within India.
